I'd saved this post to read when I knew I absolutely would not be interrupted so I could soak in both of your beautiful writing, Beth & Lyndsay. What a dream collaboration. I particularly love your morning ritual around writing Beth. I aspire to this (when my son finally chooses to sleep through the night). Thank you both 💛

Ah thank you for saving this post to enjoy in a quiet time and for your kind words 💜 I too, aspire to have a morning ritual again one day. My children slept later than me for the first time ever the other day and it felt like a different world. More of this please 🙏 it will come to us both one day…! xx

What a lovely read, Lyndsay. Thank you! Beth always makes her creative life sound so beautiful, aesthetic and almost other-wordly. Though I'm messier and more disorganised(!) I really resonate with the feelings Beth evokes about writing and I'm also an early morning writer. I love this 'pre-day' time, it's my favourite. I'm a nomad with my writing space, I get bored so don't like doing the exact same thing every day. At the moment because it's dark and chilly, my morning writing space is my bed. I've just dug out some artificial candles I found in a charity shop last year and have discovered they make a gorgeous gentle dappled light display on the white wall in my room. It's very soothing and makes the dark morning much more bearable. I've just joined Soul Circle this week! Massive congrats on your new membership Lyndsay and wishing you abundance and success with building your community. How exciting!

Thank you for reading Janelle. And yes, Beth’s creative world reads like a dream scene. I’m so glad to hear that lots resonated with you and that you are also a morning writer, the pre-day as you put it holds so much magic that’s for sure. I love the sound of your writing sessions from bed as the mornings get darker, it sounds super cosy!! And the candles sound amazing, so often it is about the light and what it conjures I find. I know that you long for the light so I’m glad to hear that this form of lighting is helping you in the mornings. And thank you, I am so happy to finally bring everything together for my membership after wanting to find a way to deepen my relationships here, I’m excited to see how it unfolds xx

Love your work Lyndsay, thanks for such a great interview. I’m reading Kokoro and loving it so much, it’s filling my heart.

I have so much inspiration for this for my own atelier, so much more beauty to bring forward into it.

Thankyou Lyndsay, what a joy to read this.

And Beth, what a fortunate life. How lucky to have such a gentle heart and to have the intelligence to follow it - especially at a young enough age for your girls to also benefit by your example. What a soft, gentle light in the world. 🕯️🪷 ❤️

Thankyou both 🙏🏼🕊️
