“To have enough time,
to light candles
and live in the company
of softer things—
be it dimmer lights,
unclenched hands,
unfinished prayers,
and in turn,
become
a softer thing.”
—Tess Guinery, Nothing made into something else.
Dearest reader…
Today I am delighted to share The Softening magazine guidebook that accompanied us within the online retreat this morning (recording coming soon).
The magazine guidebook has taken the shape of a collaborative cauldron of over 25 pages of cocooning softness and delight, it has been such a pleasure to collect, curate and create!
Huge thanks and so much gratitude to those who have contributed and allowed this to feel like a wonderfully supported co-creation, including,

Oh November by Laura Pashby
In the late autumn garden with Kendall Marie Platt 🌱
An autumn tree by Louise Morris

The Softening magazine guidebook is included below as both individual pages, and right at the bottom, as a PDF for you to have, save on file, and hopefully cherish! I will also send out extracts from within the guidebook in the coming days…
I would love to hear your thoughts about what you feel drawn to, and if you are able to take the ideas held within the guidebook to bring more softness into your life…
Much late autumnal love,
