I’ve never been a huge fan of summer, but over the years, it’s a season I’ve tried to make friends with. That said, after the last heatwave, and potentially more on the way, that tentative friendship feels seriously strained! That said, there are lots of things I love about summer - the garden, the golden light, sitting outside in the coolness of a summer evening - I just don’t need the heat ☀️😂

I find summer quite overwhelming and draining at times. But these have made me want to open up to the glimmers of the season 🧡
