Really enjoyed your invitation to journal on ‘nurture’ and it was a nice way to round off an evening of reading some of my favourite Substacks. I haven’t felt quite so connected in this space lately but I’ve enjoyed my long overdue catch up and felt that sense of togetherness tonight ✨
Ah I’m so glad that this ritual allowed you to feel into connection and togetherness. Yes I think it is a good thing to allow for some ebb and flow, I am still very behind on my reading and also need an evening/a month to catch up! Your voice and presence is always so valued here xx
Thank you both for such a beautiful, softening into spring. I was truly touched to see your beautiful photos of the deck and your journalling prompts for the nurture card, thank you so much for sharing them once again ♥️
I also really loved the part Lauren’s meditation which I found incredibly soothing and the part about butterflies. I saw my first one of the year, a peacock, last Sunday and had to rescue it from the claws of next doors cat (who had adopted my children and I 😅) so it felt like an especially poignant encounter.
It is so beautiful to be able to weave in your magic to the ritual - thank you for creating such beauty. And I thought I saw a Peacock butterfly yesterday but wasn't sure if it was too early - so you saying that confirms that it was! It was my first of the season and felt like magic. So glad that you enjoyed it - thank you for sharing with us. xx
Yes I think we both unknowingly (but maybe knowingly) were drawn to your beautiful oracle deck for this ritual and it felt very apt to pull the Nurture card…
I agree Lauren’s poetic meditation is so beautiful, the perfect medicine for right now, I will return to it often. How magical to see your first butterfly, so glad you were able to rescue it! xx
What a delightful offering for Spring. I loved the mixture of images, prompts and spoken words you've both weaved together. I saw my first awakened butterfly (a Red Admiral) today. They over winter in our old house and seem to appear from nowhere. I managed to trap this one in a glass as it fluttered against the window pane and set it free outside. 👐🏽
Oh how wonderful to have also seen your first awakened butterfly on such a poignant day. I saw my first ones too - such a gift and felt like a real message of hope. Thank you for sharing this with us, we are so grateful you enjoyed the weaving together of both of us. xx
Ah so glad you enjoyed our spring emergence offering, it really was a joy to weave together and felt quite natural in what we included I think. How wonderful to house overwintering butterflies, I’m sure the newly awakened Red Admiral was very grateful to you, for its winter home and for setting it free! xx
Love this post so much. If I get to write mine on time, I’ll make sure to link to this one, so much gold here and the journaling reflections on nurture are so beautiful. 🌷
Ah thank you for reading Carmen. So glad you felt you got something from the practices and especially the oracle card prompts. And yes I’m sure your post will come to fruition at just the right time xx
Thank you 💚 This was a lovely offering and just what I needed this morning. Deep appreciation to you both 🙏. I saw a butterfly 🦋 on Monday morning . I was surprised and delighted.
You are so very welcome, thank you for sharing with us. How magical that the butterfly has already visited you. I am looking forward to seeing my first one. xx
There are so many things I love about this post - the 'Nature's Calendar' book and cards deck recommendations, as well as the great prompts to reflect. It is even more amazing because on Saturday (the 16th), my oldest son and I were appreciating the very first butterfly in our garden (a brimstone, after googling)!.
Oh how magical - I haven't seen one yet but am now keeping an eye out. I did have a bumblebee dance around me today in the garden which felt like a little dose of nature's sound healing. xx
Ah so glad to hear that you enjoyed reading the post and the magic of oracle and omen! How amazing to have seen a butterfly on their day of emergence and a brimstone too, very special. I am awaiting my first sighting very eagerly but yes like Lauren’s experience, the bees are already very busy around here! xx
Thank you for the playlist and your sharing of ceremony.
It’s such a joy to share with you Karen x
Yes it has been such a pleasure to create this space for ritual and ceremony together, it is a delight to share it xx

I know! It felt even more special once I found out about the emergence day from the 'Nature's Calendar'. Let's enjoy the bees and bumblebees dance! 🐝
Yes yes!!! I spied my first butterflies today on my walk while I was voice noting Lyndsay which felt like divine timing!!!
