Lindsay the blanket is gorgeous, what a great project thank you for sharing! Can’t have enough wool blankets! I could keep reading your words forever, you have such an intricate yet delightful flow of writing

Ah Laura, that really is so kind of you to say, it means a lot and has lit up my day. And yes I entirely agree, can never have enough wool blankets, this one is already bringing me so much joy (and seems to double up as a canopy for dens most mornings too!) xx

Loved reading this Lyndsay. I was excited to read the part about Brigid. Deeply resonate with your winter shares and fire rituals xx. Keep simmering.

Wonderful Lyndsay! I found the first quote about the hearth so funny, in my post today I literally wrote a message for Outsiders that my door is open, and we're gathering around the fire! I grew up with that fireplace at the heart of all life in Ireland, and I really love you reference to Brigid too. I totally relate about those easeful rituals!

Ahhh that is so funny (and sorry I haven’t caught up with your post yet, I am very behind!) I love hearing that you grew up around the hearth in Ireland, a magical way to live. Have you read John O’Donohue’s writing on fire and the hearth especially in Ireland? He talks about how before TV, people gathered and told stories around the fire every evening in the Irish countryside. Yes, right now rituals are elevating the everyday things I’m doing into something that feels sacred xx

You and Lauren are going to make magic. So very excited for you both ✨

And I wish I had the capacity to join Kerri’s writing workshops. I’m slow reading Cacophony of Bone this year and it’s balm for the soul.

Thanks for including my playlist and our collaboration. I must reshare both 💫

Ah thank you Sarah, wish you were closer!

And yes, I absolutely know what you mean. I feel very conscious of what I can realistically take on and as a result am very much behind on the course but am hoping that going slow will allow me to absorb it at my own pace. Likewise, I read CoB extremely slowly over the course of nearly a year and I agree it is the purest balm. I bookmarked every other page (!) and have it sitting next to me as I type!

Ah thank you for your musical curation, your playlists always create the perfect mood, today I am actually listening to Wintering! And thank you too for sharing your wisdom and gorgeous inspiration in your ATELIER interview xx

I adore this! I’ve never really had the call to explore Brigid as a goddess but I totally relate to those three flames… they feel like the multiple sides of myself and the longing for all three… thank you. And I am so excited for our own alchemy together. Xxx

Ah thank you Lauren. And yes I can definitely see how you embody Brigid's three flames. I'm so glad you were able to recognise that from reading this post. Although fire is not the element I associate myself with immediately I love the ideas of these three qualities of fire and they resonate deeply with me too. I feel like we will bring all of the flames to our process together to create something that glows xx
