Thank you Lyndsay for holding the space and sharing my story. It is the first time I have been published with “mother” in my bio, and it honestly made me tear up a bit with pride when I saw it today. I love your writing so much, and I’m truly grateful for this experience. Thank you
It really is an honour! And I am so happy to hear that seeing your role as mother in writing moved you, you should be extremely proud of everything you are doing for your little boy each day. Thank you so much for sharing your space and your experiences of home with us all xx
I just love reading about other peoples’ homes and how they create their space - filling it with the energy, the rituals, and their own way of living. Thank you for giving us a peek into Lucy’s home. And deep thanks to Lucy for welcoming us in! 🫶🏻
Yes Liz me too! It feels like a real privilege to be able to see behind the doors of people’s homes and I am always inspired by the different ways in which people think about their homes. Thank you for reading xx
Oh Hearing Lucy talk made me a bit homesick! So many memories of moving into our little suburban home when my youngest was a week old; and all the renovations there were to chip away at!
Ahhh thank you for reading Tansie. My goodness moving with a one-week old, I can’t even imagine! It’s amazing how so often moves coincide with births (I mean it makes sense but it is so often so close!). Hope you can hold that chapter close within as you continue on your beautiful new (ish!) adventure xx
How lovely, Lucy. As a former Adelaide resident (then Melbourne, now Finland), I appreciate the reminders of why I loved living in Adelaide. A slower pace, less traffic, and beautiful beaches (I miss them). And the cafés! Thanks for sharing this insight into your life (and thanks, Lyndsay)
I relate to your story Lucy. We transistioned from inner city Melbournites to living slowly & simply on the Mornington Peninsula. Swapping apartment living for a 1/4 acre edible garden has been the best life shift imaginable. Enjoy those sweet early days of motherhood. Thank you for sharing Lyndsay 💛
Wow, what a change for you. A 1/4 acre on the Mornington Peninsula is an absolute dream! I would love to have a little hobby farm one day. I've subscribed to your Substack, I look forward to seeing your journey 🤎
Wow what a wonderful swap! It’s so interesting to see how many have made the shift to slower, often more remote living (especially since the pandemic). Your space and edible garden sound amazing Stephanie. Thank you for reading Lucy’s interview, I love that you could relate xx

What a beautiful and intentional way to live
Wow, moving with a one-week old is an amazing feat! What a wild time for you.
Thank you so much for reading xx

Omg the traffic! It used to kill me in Melbourne! I'm so glad you enjoyed it and that it brought back good memories for you. Thank you for reading :)
Melbourne traffic is the WORST! Nothing syncs. I think it’s worse than London!
Oh wow it must be bad!! Adelaide sounds super dreamy, definitely my sort of place (and I am sure Finland is too!) xx
Finland is amazing 💙
