I really enjoy your flower oracle posts Lyndsay, it's always so interesting hearing more about what each flower means and how you link it all to the seasons too. I don't think I've seen a hellebore before, but I loved hearing about how the hellebore and snowdrops gave you that new perspective when things were tough for you in those early mothering days. The constant weighing and pressure to breastfeed is such a huge strain in the newborn days.

I am so glad to hear this Jenna, it really means a lot. Yes it can be easy to miss hellebores, perhaps because their petals bow towards the ground but I feel sure you will begin to notice them! There is something very special about winter flowers, they hold so much beauty and hope. And yes those were not easy days, but I am grateful that the season allowed me to hibernate fully. The hellebore and snowdrop will always remind of those times xx

I just love all of this Lyndsay. Thank you, again for showing me the magic and mystery of flowers. I’ve such limited knowledge and there is so much that resonates with me as I read about hellebore. What a perfect flower oracle for this very special melancholic and hopeful season. ❤️

And I adore how generous you are in sharing and lifting up fellow writers. I’m deeply honored that you mentioned me in the midst of so many beautiful and lovely souls.

Sending warmest wishes for a happy new year to you and your loved ones, my friend. xo

A special post during a special time! I knew only some tales around this special flower but oh did I love reading all the other points. She does give hope, this blooming winter beauty, doesn’t she? (Flowers are female in German, which I love) 🌸

As always I adore your Flower Oracle and your beautiful collection of facts and anecdotes for this micro season ‘in between’… I’ve felt in a very dream like state with lots of inspiration popping in.. and kind of don’t want it to end on Monday when school returns. I feel like I need another few weeks of no rushing and cosiness. Xxx
